We keep your personal data in order to manage our relationship with you. This is a legitimate interest and may also, depending on the nature of the relationship, be prior to entering into a contract to provide services as set out in Article 6(b) of the GDPR.
If you wish us to help you with a data protection complaint then we will process your personal data according to Article 6(b) of the GDPR – “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”.
If we need to we may share your information with our legal partners FP Logue Solicitors. We will never do this without your consent, and this will be prior to entering into a contract to provide services as set out in Article 6(b) of the GDPR.
We don’t transfer or process personal data outside the EEA unless we have your specific consent or where the nature of the processing means we have to – for example if you use an email service provider located outside the EEA.
We don’t use analytics on this website and strive to minimise the amount of cookies placed on your device.
This site is built using WordPress and uses some plugins to extend the functionality of the site. These plugins may drop some cookies which we haven’t managed to disable. If you see a tracking cookie being dropped then get in touch with us and we’ll try and squash it.
We do not currently use any data processors to process your personal data on our behalf.
